Bridal and occasion fittings run one hour and are free of charge. Pick “Bridal & occasion fitting” in the form and send two or three dates that suit you.

How do I know which size to order?
Every dress page lists the model’s height and the size she is wearing, and our size guide has the full measurement chart. Between two sizes? Take the larger one for fitted styles — our alterations are free in the studio.
When will my order arrive?
Orders placed before 2pm UK time leave the studio the same working day. US delivery takes two to five working days, and it is free on everything over $75.
Can I return or exchange a dress?
Yes — 30 days, no questions asked, as long as the tags are still on. Exchanges for a different size ship free both ways. Send us your order number and we will email a label back.
Do you dress bridal parties?
Often. We hold sizes for a party, colour-match across styles and fit everyone in one session at the studio. Give us six weeks where you can, and tell us the wedding date when you write.
