Orders placed before 2pm PT on a working day are dispatched the same day. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything that is not right. Items need to be unworn with tags attached. Start a return from your account or email us and we will send a prepaid label.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching us. Altered and made-to-measure bridal pieces are the one exception and cannot be returned.
